Mattress protectors are common place now and would be an easy option rather than paying for a new mattress at the end of the tenancy, so we would encourage you to bring your own (they are available from £4 at many of the major supermarkets). Remember we will supply a double bed in the room for you at no extra cost or move a single bed in if that’s what you prefer. Please look after your mattress.

Contacting us:

It is much better that we speak to you directly rather than speaking to someone acting upon your behalf, and there is certain information we will be unable to disclose to anyone but you or your guarantor. So please call us yourself if possible.

The AST or assured shorthold tenancy agreement (an example of which can be found under the documents section) runs from 12pm 1st July to noon 28th June inclusive. Some of our properties have the added benefit of a Summer Rent i.e. reduced rent for July and August if the property is vacant. However should you wish to store your belongings at the house whilst perhaps away during this period because that would be more convenient we will be happy to assist.

For more documents please consult the Documents and Forms section of the site.
